This space is exclusively yours during your stay, 24/7 accessible, free of charge. Level 2 <b>EV Charger</b> also available inside garage free of charge, on a first-come first-served basis, 3 hour limit on all chargers. <b>★ MAX NUMBER OF PEOPLE ★</b> There is a maximum number (4) of adults allowed for each property. We make <b>exceptions</b> for the maximum occupancy when children are part of the party. Please inquire for occupancy permissions for your particular reservation. Never bring more adults than the advertised max occupancy. <b>★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★</b> Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. <b>★ NOT CHILD PROVEN ★</b> Children and infants are welcome but please note that the condo is not child proofed. <b>★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★</b> We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy.
