It is very central to many attractions. Lovely apartment, very well-appointed.
The aircon stopped working. The owner had an engineer out the same day, and replaced the system. Excellent service.
They even provide complimentary access to a parking garage (parking in the city is close to impossible)! Cannot find any fault with the property.

We loved the location -- could easily walk to all places of interest, squares, and restaurants. In spite of being an area with a lot of business and people, the street is very quiet at night.
Yu provided many comfortable details in the kitchen, the bathroom, and the bedrooms.
The layout of the apartment was great.
She is very responsive and helpful.
Checking in was easy. The following is out of Yu's hands:
-- Water pressure in the master bedroom made it difficult to rinse completely.
-- The elevator was loud and it shook.
