Yu’s penthouse on the 4th floor was exactly as advertised. We were in downtown Historic Savannah. Loved the decor & authenticity of the brick walls inside. Easy walking to all shopping & restaurants. Comfy couches & beds with separate bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.
The public parking garage was quite confusing however finally figured it out. Garage located at 7 Whitaker Street on the left around corner from building on Barnard) P1 blue level near Ellis Street elevator with spaces 2 or 3 next to chain link fence/gate. When ready to drive, walk across park area near Wexford’s Irish Pub (left - great food) toward Ellis St elevator in the corner adjacent to Wexfords to P1 level to retrieve vehicle.

Great shopping & tons of local artists on River Street Market.

A wonderful location in Savannah! The condo was super cool and made our visit even more special. We had everything we needed, and we loved the view! Our host was spectacular - provided all the information we needed and we could feel the hospitality. Totally recommend to others looking for a great place to stay in Savannah!

If there’s a negative to say about this place, I can only say that may be some pictures should include how close the unit is to great shopping, which thrilled my wife. Otherwise everything was just fantastic. Felt like home as soon as we put our bags down. Thank you Yu. Your place is wonderful.

Fantastic location. Yu’s place is extremely charming. The reserved parking was super helpful as we parked and left the car the entire time. Everything you need to see in Savannah is walkable.

Yu’s place was perfect for our foursome of adults who came to enjoy Savannah. It was decorated nicely, clean, & cozy. We loved the parking space that was included and that we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend friends & family to stay here. Thank you, Yu!

I stayed at Yu’s beautiful property while attending a conference in Savannah, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The location was perfect—just minutes from my conference venue and surrounded by charming local shops, restaurants, and Savannah favorites.
The home itself was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with everything a guest could need. The decor captured the spirit of historic Savannah perfectly, with stunning exposed brick and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels felt five-star, and the oversized shower was a welcomed luxury.
Yu was an exceptional host—amazingly communicative, kind, and attentive to every detail. She even thought to include new toothbrushes and razors, something most hosts never think of! It’s clear she takes great pride in providing an exceptional stay.
I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Savannah—you won’t be disappointed!
